The Law Society of New Brunswick has adopted a list of recommended courses for students attending an accredited common law program and who will be seeking admission to the Society. Although students are not required to take these courses in order to qualify for admission as a student-at-law, the Law Society feels that these courses will provide basic knowledge of the substantive law required to facilitate the work of students-at-law during their articling period and will be useful throughout their entire legal career.
